Credits power the AI in ListSnap AI. They are tracked per workspace, so everyone on a team draws from the same balance. Check your balance and history in Settings, Credits.
Credits are charged when you create a listing, for recognition plus generation:

Each listing costs 2 credits: one to recognize your photos and one to write the listing. Publishing is always free.
Credits are charged when generation starts and are not refunded if it fails, because the AI call already has a cost. Use clear, well-lit photos for the best results.
Plan credits refresh monthly and have an expiry window. Pack credits do not expire.
The Credits page shows every change to your balance: monthly refreshes, purchases, usage, and expirations. Members can view the balance and history; the owner manages billing.
