Once you submit photos, ListSnap AI runs recognition and generation in the background. You can leave the page and come back; the listing updates on its own.

What happens

1. Recognition. The AI looks at all of your photos together and identifies the item: brand, model, category, key attributes, and any visible condition issues.
2. Generation. Using eBay's live catalog for the matched category, the AI fills in the listing fields within the structure eBay expects.

When both stages finish, the listing moves to Ready to review.

If recognition fails

If generation fails, the credits charged at submit time are not refunded, because the AI call already incurred a cost. You can start a new listing and try again with clearer photos or a more specific hint.
