From photos to a live listing, and what happens at each step.
ListSnap AI turns a set of photos into a publish-ready eBay listing in two AI stages, grounded against eBay's own catalog so the details are accepted.
Multiple photos are sent to the AI in a single pass, not one at a time. That gives the model the full picture of the item and keeps the cost of generation predictable.
Each listing moves through a clear set of states:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Created, waiting to start. |
| Recognizing | AI is reading your photos. |
| Generating | AI is drafting the listing fields. |
| Ready to review | Draft is ready for you to check and publish. |
| Publishing | Being pushed to eBay. |
| Published | Live on eBay. |
| Failed | Something went wrong. See Troubleshooting. |
A published listing can later show as Ended once it is no longer active on eBay.
AI gives you a strong starting point. You stay in charge of the final title, description, condition, item specifics, price, and quantity before anything goes live. See Review and edit.
