Manage listings
Track drafts and published listings, filter, search, and open them to publish.
The Listings page is where you track everything, from drafts in progress to live items on eBay.
- Drafts, listings that are still being created or are waiting for review: pending, recognizing, generating, and ready to review.
- Published, listings that are live on eBay, plus those that have ended.
The dashboard summarizes your workspace at a glance:
- Drafts, including how many are ready to review.
- In progress, items currently recognizing, generating, or publishing.
- Published, including how many have ended.
- Failed, items that need attention.
Narrow the list by:
- Creator, your own listings or all members' listings.
- Status, such as ready to review, publishing, published, or failed.
- Marketplace, when you sell on more than one eBay site.
- Search, by title, brand, or a product identifier (MPN, UPC, or EAN).
- Open a draft or in-progress listing to review and publish it.
- Open a published listing to view its details, or follow the eBay link to see it live on eBay.
- Refresh the list to pull the latest status and counts.
