A workspace can have a team. Invite people from Settings, Team, assign roles, and everyone works against the same eBay account and credit pool.
Owners and admins can invite teammates by email. The person gets an invitation email with a link to accept and join the workspace. You can resend or cancel pending invitations from the same page.
ListSnap AI has three roles:

In short: members create and publish listings, admins also manage the team and workspace listing defaults, and the owner controls eBay connection, billing, and ownership.
The number of members a workspace can have depends on its plan:

When a workspace is at its seat limit, upgrade the plan to invite more members. See Plans and billing.
Everyone in the workspace shares one connected eBay account and one credit pool. Each member can still keep their own listing preferences.
