Listing preferences are personal. Each member sets their own, and they do not affect anyone else. They live in Settings, Listing preferences.

What you can set

• Title prefix and suffix, text automatically added to the front or back of your listing titles.
• Publish mode, Review (default) or Auto. Review lets you check each listing before it goes live. Auto publishes qualifying listings for you. See Auto-publish.
• Price adjustment, a percentage applied to the AI suggested price. Use it to nudge prices up or down to match your strategy.
• Default store category, the eBay store category your listings go into unless you override it on a specific listing.

Defaults and overrides

Think of it in three levels:

1. Workspace defaults in Listing defaults apply to everyone.
2. Your personal preferences here apply to listings you create.
3. Per-listing overrides on the review page apply to a single listing.

Where the same setting exists at more than one level, the most specific one wins: a value you set on a single listing beats your personal default.
