Auto-publish lets ListSnap AI publish a listing for you as soon as the AI finishes, skipping the manual review step. It is a personal setting in Listing preferences.

How it works

When your publish mode is set to Auto:

1. AI recognizes and generates the listing as usual.
2. ListSnap AI runs a pre-flight check to make sure the listing can publish cleanly.
3. If everything passes, ListSnap AI publishes automatically, using the midpoint of the AI price range adjusted by your price adjustment.
4. If a check fails, the listing stops at Ready to review and is flagged Needs your input, so nothing risky goes live without you.

When a listing needs your input

Auto-publish holds a listing back when it cannot publish safely. Common reasons include:

• A required identifier is missing or could not be verified.
• The condition or category needs a choice only you should make.
• A policy, location, or price value is missing or out of range.
