Everything in ListSnap AI belongs to a workspace (organization). When you sign up, you automatically get a workspace where you are the owner.

What a workspace holds

A workspace is the boundary for all your data:

• The connected eBay account.
• All listings and drafts.
• The credit balance.
• Billing and subscription.

Members of a workspace share all of the above.

Your default workspace

Your first workspace is your default workspace. It is always there and cannot be deleted, so you are never left without one. You do not need to think of it as "personal" versus "team"; it is simply your starting workspace.

You can create additional workspaces, for example to separate two businesses, and switch between them. The active workspace determines which eBay account, listings, and credits you are working with.

Workspace settings

In Settings, Organization the owner can:

• Rename the workspace and set its logo.
• Transfer ownership to another member.
• Delete a workspace (any except your default one).
