Publish your first eBay listing in just a few steps.
This guide walks you from a fresh account to a live eBay listing. If you have not connected eBay yet, start with step 1.
Go to Settings, Integrations and connect your eBay seller account. This is a one-time setup that the workspace owner does once for the whole team.
First make sure business policies are turned on in your eBay account, since ListSnap AI publishes using them. See Connect your eBay account for that prerequisite and the full walkthrough, including choosing a marketplace and selecting your business policies.
Open Listings, New and add 1 to 12 photos of the item. Front, back, label, and close-up shots all help the AI read the item correctly.
You can drag photos to reorder them and add an optional hint for anything the photos do not show. You can also rotate, crop, or remove the background of any photo right here. See Edit photos.
See Upload photos for details.
ListSnap AI recognizes the item and drafts the listing in the background. You do not need to wait on the page. When it is done, the listing moves to Ready to review.
Open the listing to check the title, description, condition, item specifics, and price. The price is pre-filled from the AI suggested range. Adjust anything you want before publishing.
See Review and edit.
Click Publish. ListSnap AI pushes the item to eBay through the official API and gives you back the live listing link. The listing then appears under the Published tab.
See Publish to eBay.
Prefer to skip the manual review? You can turn on auto-publish per person so qualifying listings go live automatically. See Auto-publish.
